"Now celebrating its seventh year, our Global Health Program at WCHN continues to exceed expectations as we expand our global footprint and secure a reputation as one of the nation’s most respected global training initiatives. Under the extraordinary leadership of Dr Majid Sadigh, the Christian J. Trefz Family Endowed Chair in Global Health at WCHN, the program is making impressive strides in caring for the world’s underserved populations while offering clinical training experiences that are both profound and life-changing. Through robust capacity building, the Global Health Program now hosts over 110 medical students, residents and faculty each year at international partner sites in the Dominican Republic, Russia, Uganda, Vietnam and Zimbabwe." - John Murphy, M.D.
